基于Zigbee技术的无线遥控车系统[摘要]机器人是自动执行工作的机器装置。它既可以接受人类指挥,又可以运行预先编排的程序,也可以根据以人工智能技术制定的原则纲领行动。它的任务是协助或取代人类工作的工作,例如生产业、建筑业,或是危险的工作。近几年来,机器人通用化和模块化已经成为机器人制造业的发展趋势。由于以嵌入式系统为代表的微电子技术的发展,不同领域的智能系统间的通用性已经得到了大幅度的提升。在这种背景下,一种性能适中的,可远程遥控的底盘具有广阔的发展空间的应用前景。作为应用于不同场合执行不同任务的通用底盘,它应该借助于电信号控制实现灵活的机动和转向,主要依靠电力装置驱动,如步进电机、伺服电机等,此外也有采用液压、气动等驱动装置。现在,科研人员在以车辆的电器驱动和电器传动为主干的方向上应经进行了较为深入的研究。基于Zigbee遥控系统的电动底盘依靠电池集中供电。使用了H桥电路实现了车辆底盘的进退功能,以PWM信号驱动控制底盘的行进速度,通过将附加不同的检测和功能器件连入系统总线可以实现不同场合和不同任务对通用底盘的需求。[关键词] 无线控制;H桥电路;PWM速度控制;直流稳压电源Abstract: The robot is a mechanical device which automatically performs the work. It can accept human command, you can run the pre-arranged program, can also be based on artificial intelligence techniques to develop the principles of program actions. Its mission is to assist or replace human work, such as manufacturing industry, construction, or dangerous work. In recent years, the robot universal and modular has become the development trend of the robot manufacturing. Due to the development of microelectronics technology and embedded systems, commonality between intelligent systems of different areas has been greatly improved. In this context, a moderate performance, remote control chassis has a broad space for development prospect. Universal chassis can be used in different occasions to perform different tasks, it should be by means of electrical signals control motor, mainly rely on the electronical device to driver, such as stepper motors, servo motors, etc. In this case, Centralized power supply unit support electric chassis based on Zigbee system.
