浅析网络文化对青少年成长的影响 杨勇 (大连交通大学 研究生学院 辽宁 大连 116028) 摘要: 网络文化是在网络信息技术基础上形成的一种富有精神性的文化形态.当今青少年已经成为网络文化建设的主体，在计算机日益普及和网络技术突飞猛进的形势下，网络文化对青少年的思想观念、价值取向、生活模式、思维方式以及想象力、创造力等产生着积极影响，但其消极作用也不可忽视.本文提出，要坚持以社会主义核心价值体系引领社会主义网络文化建设；；加强对网络的管理，规范网络行为，为青少年提供安全健康的上网环境；加强家庭对青少年的引导作用；加强青少年心理健康教育，开展网上心理咨询. 关键词:网络文化 网络犯罪 青少年 The influence of the Internet culture to teenagers Yang Yong (Graduate school, Dalian Jiaotong University, Dalian 116028) Astract: Network culture in network information technology is formed on the basis of a rich spiritual culture form. Todays teenagers have become the main body of the network culture construction, in the growing popularity of computer and network technology advance by leaps and bounds, under the situation of Internet culture to teenagers thought concept, value orientation, life mode, ways of thinking and imagination, creativity and have a positive impact, but its negative effects also cannot be ignored. This paper puts forward, to adhere to the socialist core value system of socialist Internet culture construction lead; To strengthen the management of the network, regulating the network behavior for young people, provide safe and healthy Internet environment; To strengthen family to teen guidance; Strengthening teenagers education, and carry out online mental health counseling. Key words: Network culture network crime teenagers 1 网络文化及其特点 互联网的发展是20世纪最引人瞩目的现象之一，20世纪80年代早期，互联网仅为少数科学家和学者所知，现在却成为继书籍、期刊、广播和电视之后的第五种大众传媒.前面4种大众传媒的发展历史表明，每一种新媒介的出现都撼动了人类文明的结构.互联网作为第五种大众传媒，对中国乃至全球的影响只能用颠覆性的来形容. 易观国际近期发布《中国互联网年度综合报告2009-2011》数据显示，2007-2011年中国互联网增值市场增速逐渐放缓，但仍保持在30%以上的年度增长率.预计至2011年互联网市场规模将达到1375.04亿，互联网总用户数将达到6亿.易观国际预测，中国互联网市场综合性、融合化发展趋势继续加强，服务范围覆盖即时通信、搜索引擎、电子商务等大多数互联网增值服务厂商数量会进一步增加.随着3G市场的发展，移动互联网具备了对现有宽带互联网诸多业务的承载能力，使得宽带互联网和Wap的融合趋势会进一步加强.引导健康游戏，积极加强管理　　青少年自制能力差，网络游戏又具有独特的吸引力，其消极影响不容忽视.所以引导健 康向上的游戏内容、加强管理就显得尤为重要.一方面，要创造健康而有意义的游戏内容，争取获得更多的社会认同和支持；另一方面，应该加强对未成年人用户的管理，利用技术手 段实现对未成年人注册的限制.[1] 卢少军,于锦.网络文化对青少年成长的影响[J].理论学刊,2008(169):10
