【摘 要】车辆无处停放的问题是城市的社会、经济、交通发展道路一定的程度产生的结果,汽车数量迅速增长,给人们的生活带来了很多方便,但庞大的汽车数量同时也造成了交通拥挤,更主要的是停车位的数量面对汽车日益的增长趋势捉襟见肘。这种情况下占地面积小,单位面积使用率高的立体车库就越来越得到人们的青睐,目前已投入使用的立体车库多种多样,但结构都非常复杂、耗资巨大、噪音大、耗费电源、不经济。并且缺乏有效地管理,故障频频发生,造成了不必要的损失。嵌地式立体车库结构简单、运行方便、节省空间。?, 具有节省占地面积、节约投资、出入库管理方便、省时省力、能有效保障车辆安全以及配置灵活的特点并已经在国外得到了广泛的应用,成为有效改善城市静态交通的必然择。通过收集国内外的资料,研究分析各种类型的立体车库特点,根据国内的实际情况,我们提出立体车库若以停车方便、存取快速为主要目标,则首推升降横移式立体车库,升降横移式立体车库作为一种新兴的停车设备,以其独立的特点将广泛的运用在酒店、宾馆、机关单位以及居民小区等各种场所。现场测试以及对车库运行过程的力学分析表明,在整个车库结构中,纵梁的扭转变形和载车板的弯曲变形对车库运行的平稳性影响最大。针对这一问题,用ANSYS有限元分析软件对纵梁及载车板进行了受力分析,得到了纵梁及载车板的载荷及变形分布,及其随起吊点位置的变化规律;给出了提高纵梁刚度的具体措施,有效地改善了车库的平稳性。Stereo garage systems and hardware design
