上海工程技术大学毕业设计(论文)数控线切割机运丝系统设计及有限元分析 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT4 摘 要 本课题来源于上海通用控制自动化有限公司的实际课题。针对机械行业的特殊要求,需要切割带锥度的零件及异型件。为此,本课题开发一种新型数控电火花线切割机,采用四轴联动。为了避免直接制造样机所带来的大量问题,缩短新产品的开发周期,减少开发费用,避免人力和物力的浪费。本课题首先用计算机进行三维几何造型,然后用计算机进行装配过程仿真,看是否出现干涉、结构不合理等问题。用COSMOS进行有限元分析看是否满足强度刚度条件。最终得到一种新型、高效的数控电火花线切割机。 本课题用SolidWorks对电火花线切割机多个零件进行三维建模,并生成工程图,然后进行装配体设计及动画和渲染。包含了机械制造工艺中的结构工艺性和装配工艺性,以及计算机辅助设计等内容,从而培养计算机辅助设计能力,创造性思维能力。并在开发过程中,对机械制造工艺有更深刻的理解和掌握。 三维设计是进行产品创新的重要技能。大学生在校期间掌握三维计算机辅助设计软件的使用,对提高教学质量、促进学生的创新思维、培养复合型人才以及对毕业后的就业都有很大的好处。 关键词:电火花线切割机,计算机辅助,三维建模,有限元分析 Electrical Discharge Machining wire transport system design and finite element analysis ABSTRACT This topic is from the actual subject of Shanghai GM Automatic Control. Due to special requirements for the machinery industry, we have to cut the taper parts and special parts. So, this topic is to develop a new type of CNC WEDM(four axis). In order to avoid direct manufacturing prototype, shorten the development cycle of new products, reduce development costs, and avoid the waste of human and material resources. This topic firstly use computer three-dimensional geometric modeling, then use Computer assembly process simulation,to see whether there are interference, unreasonable structure and other issues. Using COSMOS finite element analysis to see if it can meet the strength stiffness conditions. Finally we get a new, efficient CNC WEDM. This project of the WEDM parts using SolidWorks 3D modeling, and generate engineering drawings, and assembly design and animation, and rendering. Contains the structure and technology in the mechanical manufacturing process and assembly process, as well as computer-aided design, in order to cultivate the ability to computer-aided design, creative thinking ability. And in the development process, a deeper understanding and mastery of mechanical manufacturing processes.
