INDUSTRIAL WATER WASTEWATER 工业用水与废水 Vol.53 No.1 Feb., 2022 厂・O・O・O・O・O・O・0 ;工程实例j 煤化工园区污水处理工程实例 魏铁军 (北京国环清华环境工程设计研究院有限公司,北京100084) 摘要:某煤化工园区污水处理厂进水为企业预处理后的排水,具有可生化性差、难降解有机物含量高、含毒 性物质等特点,设计采用前臭氧氧化-水解酸化-A/O-混凝沉淀-后臭氧氧化-BAF-砂滤组合处理工艺,介绍了该 工艺的处理流程及特点、主要设计参数及处理效果。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、BODs、SS、TN、NH3- N、TP 的平均去除率分别为 78.5%、88.9%、95.7%、71.8%、93.5%、75.9% ,出水达到 GB 18918—2002《城镇污 水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。 关键词:煤化工园区;污水处理厂;臭氧氧化;水解酸化;A/O;混凝沉淀;BAF 中图分 号:X703.1; X505 文献标志码:B 文章编号:1009-2455(2022)01-0057-05 A project example of wastewater treatment in coal chemical industr park WEI Tie-jun (Beijing Guohuan Tsinghua Environmental Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing 100084, China) Abstract: The influent water of a wastewater treatment plant in a coal chemical industry par is the pre­ treated wastewater discharged from an enterprise, which has characterstics of poor biodegradability, high concen­ tration of hard -degradable organic matters, toxic substances -containing, and so on. A combined process of pre­ ozonation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-coagulation sedimentation-post ozonation-BAF-sand filtration was adopt­ ed in the design. The process flow and characteristics, main design parameters and treatment effect of the said project were introduced. The actual operation results showed that, the average removal rates of COD, BOD5, SS, TN, NH3-N, and TP were 78.5%, 88.9%, 95.7%, 71.8%, 93.5% and 75.9% respectively, the effluent water qual­ ity met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918一2002 Standard of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant .
