Hebei Corps Hospital of Armed Police Force ，Shij iazhuang 05008 1 ，China) ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE :To investigate the characteristics and associated factors of the adverse reactions of cholecystolithiasis caused by ceftriaxone sodium so as to provide references for clinical rational use of ceftriaxone sodium. METHODS :The adverse reactions of cholecystolithiasis caused by ceftriaxone sodium reported in domestic journal were analyzed statistically . RESULTS :166 ceftriaxone sodium-induced cholecystolithiasis cases were collected ，which were more often seen in males than in females.
