第27卷第1期水利水电科技进展 2007年2月V ol.27N o.1Advances in Science and T echnology of Water Res ources Feb.2007  基金项目:河海大学院士学科发展基金资助项目(HHY S003 作者简介:杨勇(1965— ,男,江苏徐州人,高级工程师,博士研究生,从事水工结构工程研究。E 2mail :sljyangy ong @126.com 钢纤维混凝土结构温度应力特性 杨 勇,梅明荣,王山山,关战伟,任青文 (河海大学土木工程学院,江苏南京 210098 摘要:通过早期水化热及外界温度影响下的钢纤维混凝土模型试验,得出钢纤维混凝土比普通混凝 土具有更好的热传导性,可以减小钢纤维混凝土内部的温度梯度,进而降低表面应力的结论。在试验的基础上进一步通过有限元数值模拟,计算钢纤维混凝土在不同热导率下的温度及温度应力,给出了钢纤维混凝土热导率与温度梯度和温度应力之变化关系。数值计算结果表明,钢纤维混凝土热导率变大,结构内部温差变小,温度应力减小,验证了模型试验所得的结论,表明了钢纤维混凝土的实际抗裂作用。 关键词:钢纤维混凝土;热导率;温度应力;有限元法中图分类号:T V339   文献标识码:A    文章编号:1006Ο7647(200701Ο0021Ο03 Study on therm al stress properties of steel 2fiber concrete//Y ANG Y ong ,MEI Ming 2rong ,W ANG Shan 2shan ,G UAN Zhan 2wei ,RE N Qing 2wen (College o f Civil Engineering ,Hohai Univer sity ,Nanjing 210098,China Abstract :M odel tests on the thermal stress properties of steel 2fiber concrete under in fluences of hydration heat at the early stage and external temperature were performed.It is concluded that the steel 2fiber concrete is of high thermal conductivity as compared with ordinary concrete ,which is helpful for steel 2fiber concrete to reduce its internal temperature gradient ,and further to decrease the thermal stress in the surface.By use of FE M m odel ,the temperature and thermal stress of steel 2fiber concrete with different thermal conductivity were calculated ,and the relationships between thermal conductivity ,temperature gradient ,and thermal stress were obtained.The calculated results show that ,the higher the thermal conductivity ,the smaller the difference between internal temperatures and the smaller the thermal stress.The numerical result accords with that of the m odel test ,and the research dem onstrates the anti 2cracking function of steel 2fiber concrete.
