基于激光位移传感器的激光修整砂轮控制系统设计与研究的中期报告

Abstract:

Thelaser-controlledgrindingwheelsystembasedonlaserdisplacementsensorsisaresearchtopicthatisattractingincreasingattentioninthefieldofprecisionmachining.Thepurposeofthisprojectistodesignanddevelopaclosed-loopcontrolsystemforthelaser-controlledgrindingwheel,whichcanmaintainasteadygrindingstateandimprovetheefficiencyandprecisionofgrinding.Inthisreport,wemainlyintroducetheprogressandachievementsoftheprojectinthefirsthalfoftheproject.Throughliteratureresearch,parameterselection,experimentaldesignandsystemconstruction,wehaveachievedthefollowingresults:

1.Thelaserdisplacementsensorhasbeenselectedandcalibrated,andtheresponsefrequencyandrangeofthesensorhavebeenmeasured.

2.Thecontrolparametersofthelaser-controlledgrindingwheelhavebeendeterminedandthecontrolalgorithmhasbeendesigned.

3.Themechanicalstructureofthelaser-controlledgrindingwheelhasbeendesignedandmanufactured,andthefunctionofthegrindingwheelhasbeentestedandevaluated.

4.Theclosed-loopcontrolsystembasedonthelaserdisplacementsensorhasbeenestablishedandthestabilityandeffectivenessofthesystemhavebeenverifiedexperimentally.

5.Theadvantagesandlimitationsofthesystemhavebeenanalyzedandthefuturedevelopmentdirectionhasbeendiscussed.
