湖北文理学院理工学院 系 别 机械与汽车工程系 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 完成日期 2015.05.01 基于Pro/E的台灯的造型设计 摘要：台灯是人们生活中用来照明的一种家用电器。它一般有立柱式的或者夹子的。它的工作原理主要是把灯光集中在一小块区域内，集中光线，便于工作和学习。随着社会的进步，人们对台灯外观设计的优美和精致追求不断提高，因此对于台灯的三维造型设计是否合理和美观是十分重要的。而Pro/ENGINEER 是集CAD/CAM/CAE 于一体的大型三维设计软件，其内容丰富、功能强大，随着生产加工自动化水平的不断提高，在我国加工领域里的应用越广泛。使用了Pro/E 独特的功能在完成了一个零件的设计之后，可以使用family table，将零件的尺寸特征等设为变量，然后给这些变量赋值，就可以生成与原始零件基本相同，但尺寸和某些特征不同的新零件。 关键词：台灯、造型设计、Pro/E Desk lamp modelling design based on Pro/E Abstract: Desk lamp is used for lighting in peoples life of a kind of household electrical appliances. It usually has a pillar or clip. It works mainly focus light in a small area, concentrated light, easy to work and study. With the progress of the society, people pursuit lamp design beautiful and delicate, so for the desk lamp of three-dimensional modelling design is reasonable and beautiful is very important. Pro/ENGINEER is a CAD/CAM/CAE in the integration of large-scale 3 d design software, its content is rich, powerful, with the continuous improvement of production process automation level, the more extensive application in the field of processing in our country. Using the Pro/ENGINEER the unique functions upon completion of the design of a component, you can use the family table, setting parts size characteristics as variable, and then give the variable assignment, basically the same as the original parts can be produced, but different size and some of the characteristics of the new parts.
