复杂地层天然气井固井设计与应用研究
摘要
四川盆地地区的天然气资源相当丰富,但是由于这里的地质条件比较复杂,构造应力强烈,同一套井眼中多套压力并存,固井作业时会面临井深、高温高压、高含酸性气体、全封温差大等技术难点,以上问题,处理稍有不当都会带来巨大的危害。通过调研,调查现场情况以及使用的先进工艺,通过对比分析,合理选择固井前置液,正确设计水泥浆体系,优选固井工艺,找出最优解决办法,才能取得理想的固井质量,为后续钻井和油气开采提供保障。

The cementing technology and application research of complex formation of natural gas
Abstract
The natural gas resources in Sichuan Basin is abundant, while the geological conditions is complicated with strong tectonic stress, there are multiple set of pressure coexist in the same set of bore well ,which will lead to the technical difficulties such as well depth ,high temperature and high pressure ,high content of acidic gas and sealing temperature .If the problems which has been said are not solved ,there are great harm coming. Through investigate and study the scene of construction site and advanced cementing technology, we find that selecting the cementing pad fluid reasonablely and developing the reasonable cement slurry system and select the best cementing technology can improve the cementing quality ,which is of help to follow-up work.
