Abstract
Rollerisanimportantequipmentinthesteelindustry,andplaysacrucialroleintheprocessofsteelmanufacturing.Withthecontinuousimprovementofsteelmanufacturingprocessandtheincreaseofproductionqualityrequirements,thequalitycontrolofrollersteelisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Thepurposeofthispaperistostudythetechnologyofdeoxidationandinclusioncontrolinrollersteel,inordertoimprovethequalityofrollersteel.
Firstly,thispaperintroducesthebasicconceptofrollersteelanditsimportantroleinsteelmanufacturingprocess.Then,thereasonsforthepoorqualityofrollersteelareanalyzed,andthetechnicalsolutionsfordeoxidationandinclusioncontrolareputforward.Specificmeasuresincludeusinghigh-qualityrawmaterials,controllingheatingtemperatureandtime,adoptingadvanceddeoxidationtechnologyandeffectiveinclusioncontrolmethods,etc.
Inaddition,thispaperalsointroducestheexistingresearchresultsandpracticalapplicationcases,whichdemonstratethefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthesemeasures.Finally,theresearchplanandmethodsareproposed,includingliteraturereview,experimentalresearch,etc.Itisexpectedthatthroughthisresearch,thequalityofrollersteelwillbeimproved,whichisconducivetopromotingthesustainabledevelopmentofChinassteelmanufacturingindustry.
