遵义市及周边地区Borna病病毒感染分子流行病学研究的开题报告

摘要

Borna病病毒（BDV）是一种单股负链RNA病毒，主要感染哺乳动物。其传播途径多样，但主要通过呼吸道传播。BDV感染可引起精神障碍、运动失调、炎症等一系列症状。尽管BDV在疾病发生和传播中具有重要作用，但对其在人群中的流行病学研究尚不充分。为了更好地了解BDV在遵义市及周边地区的分子流行病学情况，本研究拟开展BDV感染分子流行病学研究。

本研究将采用横断面研究设计，收集遵义市及周边地区1600名居民的血清样本。通过反转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）和酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）对BDV感染情况进行筛查，并利用DNA序列分析技术，对阳性样本进行BDV血清型鉴定及分子学特点分析。

预计该研究可以为BDV感染的流行病学调查提供科学依据，了解BDV在该地区的感染特点，为该地区BDV的防控工作提供参考依据。

Abstract

Bornadiseasevirus(BDV)isasingle-strandednegative-senseRNAvirusthatmainlyinfectsmammals.BDVcanbetransmittedthroughvariousroutes,butmainlythroughtherespiratorytract.BDVinfectioncancauseaseriesofsymptoms,suchasmentaldisorders,ataxia,andinflammation.AlthoughBDVplaysanimportantroleindiseaseoccurrenceandtransmission,itsepidemiologyinthepopulationhasnotbeenfullystudied.InordertobetterunderstandthemolecularepidemiologyofBDVinfectioninZunyiCityandsurroundingareas,thisstudyplanstoconductamolecularepidemiologicalstudyofBDVinfection.

Thisstudywilluseacross-sectionaldesigntocollectserumsamplesfrom1,600residentsinZunyiCityandsurroundingareas.BDVinfectionwillbescreenedusingreversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)andenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA),andpositivesampleswillbeidentifiedforBDVserotypeandmolecularcharacteristicsanalysisusingDNAsequencingtechnology.

ItisexpectedthatthisstudycanprovidescientificbasisfortheepidemiologicalinvestigationofBDVinfection,understandtheinfectioncharacteristicsofBDVintheregion,andprovidereferencebasisforthepreventionandcontrolofBDVintheregion.
