设计总说明 随着城市化程度越来越高,中心城区和小城镇建设步伐不断加快城生活污水对城区及附近河流的污染越来越严重。为了改善人民的生活环境,政府大力投入资金,改变现今水体的水质。本设计一座污水处理厂50000t/d。污水水质:CODCr250mg/L,BOD5100mg/L,NH3-N30mg/L5mg/L。出水水质达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)》第二时段第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度一级标准,污水经二级处理后应符合以下具体要求:CODCr≤40mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,NH3-N≤10mg/L≤0.5mg/L。其对应的去除率为CODCr≥84%,BOD5≥80%,NH3-N≥66.7%≥90%。 通过研究生活污水特点A2/O工艺处理生活污水成功经验BOD5、SSA2/O工艺。基本工艺流程为:格栅→沉砂池→厌氧池→缺氧池→好氧池→缺氧池→好氧池→二沉池→消毒接触池→出水。 本设计的污水处理工艺选择phoredox(改良的Bardenpho)除磷脱氮工艺,经处理后,污水的主要污染指标全部达到排放标准的要求。污泥处理工艺选择中温厌氧消化处理,能达到污泥稳定的目的。恶臭处理工艺选择活性炭吸附除臭。 关键词:城镇生活污水,,Abstract With the rapid development of economic and high increase of urbanization, the pace of construction of the center city and small town is accelerating. The pollution of municipal sewage on the city and the nearby river has become an increasingly serious problem. In order to improve peoples living environment, the local governments vigorously invest money, trying to change the current water quality. This design is about a secondary municipal wastewater treatment plant. It is required to design the size of the main structures and determine the plant’s layout and height layout, finish the design of brochure, drawings finally. The level of the design is preliminary. The wastewater’s capacity is 50000m3/d. The quality of the influent water is 250mg/L of the CODcr, 100mg/L of the BOD5, 30mg/L of the Ammonia nitrogen, 5 mg/L of the Phosphate. The quality of the discharged water can meet the Guangdong province emission limits of municipal sewage. The quality of the effluent water is ≤40mg/L of the CODcr, ≤20mg/L of the BOD5, ≤10mg/L of the Ammonia nitrogen and ≤0.5mg/L of the Phosphate. The corresponding removal is ≥84% of the CODcr,≥80% of the BOD5,≥66.7% of the Ammonia nitrogen, ≥90% of the Phosphate.
