混凝土中辅助胶凝组分的研究进展

摘 要:利用多孔结构且主要成分为天然活性SiO2的硅藻土、类火山灰效应的矿渣和粉煤灰以及加速水泥水化的硅灰,通过多组分复掺工艺,可开发出能够大比例替代水泥的建筑胶凝材料,真正实现固体废弃物的循环利用。多组分复掺后形成的多元相效应,优化了料浆的工作性并提高了样品的强度、耐久性等性质。但其早期强度增长缓慢的问题和参与复掺的辅助胶凝材料的种类、比例、物化性质等参数的探讨将成为以后研究工作的重点。

Abstract: Exploiting the porous structure and active natural SiO2 of diatomite, pozzolanic effect of fly ash and slag, and silica fume which accelerating the hydration of cement, supplemented by the multiple mixing process of supplementary cementitious materials, new building cementitious materials which can replace cement on larger proportion have been produced, the recycling of solid waste has been achieved. After the formation of the multiple phase effect of multicomponent mixed, this prompt slurry has excellent workability and to increase the strength, durability and other properties for the samples. Different Supplementary cementitious materials can get the goal function, the largest proportion of the replacement on cement and reduce the production cost. But the slow growth of early strength needs to be improved. The focus of research work will be the types, proportions, physicochemical properties for the multi-mixture of different supplementary cementitious materials in the future.

高文元,通讯作者,dlgwy64@163.com目前国大多数的水泥生产厂家生产各类水泥产品,大量能源消耗以及随之而来的各种副产品如二氧化碳,粉尘等,对人类社会和自然环境都造成了极大的影响。因此在这样的背景下,人们开始探索具有火山灰效应的工业废弃物[1](粉煤灰、炉渣、矿渣、河砂等)来代替部分水泥,既减少水泥制品的依赖能够节能和废物利用。另外利用此类工业废弃物作为水泥的部分替代物也从一定程度上降低了生产成本,为生产商所重视。
在国外从二十世纪九十年代到二十一世纪初,研究者们早已开展了探索火山灰类物质的性质研究,获得了该类物质的火山灰效应,最终
