中国医学影像技术 　1999 年 　第 15 卷 　第 10 期 ·759 · 脊索瘤 X 线表现与鉴别( 附28 例分析) ① 黄永火 　戚警吾 [摘要] 　目的　进一步探讨脊索瘤的 X 线表现与其它病变的 X 线鉴别 。方法 　搜集了28 例经手术 、病理证实 ( ) ( ) ( ) 的脊索瘤 ,并对其 X 线表现及鉴别进行了分析 。结果 　颅内7 例 25 % 、胸椎 1 例 4 % 、骶椎 20 例 7 1 % 。典型 X 线表现 : ①溶骨性或膨胀性骨质破坏 ; ②大多数伴有软组织块影 ; ③散在斑点状钙化 ; ④部分骨质硬化 。结论 　通过 脊索瘤的结果及鉴别的分析 ,提高了诊断脊索瘤的正确率 。 [ 关键词] 　脊索瘤 　　鉴别 　　X 线诊断 The Xray Manifestations and Differentiation of Chordoma( An Analysis of 28 Cases) H uang Yong huo , Qi J ing w u ( ) Dep art ment R adiology , Fi rs t Af f iliated Hosp ital of Chongqing M edical University Chongqin 4000 16 [ Abstract] 　Purpose 　To turt her investigate on t he Xray manifestations of chordoma and Xray differentiation of t he ot her diseases. Methods 　The Xray app earance and differentiation of chordoma were analysed in 28 cases of chordoma , which were confirmed by op eration and p at hology . Results 　The location of t he tumor mass was intracranial in 7 cases (25 %) ,t horacic vertebrae 1 cases ( 4 %) and sacral vertebrae 20 cases ( 7 1 %) . Characteristic Xray features were : ① dissovent or distensible bone destruction ; ②most of chordoma wit h soft tissue mass ; ③multiple and p atchy areas of calcifica tion ; ④p artial bone sclerosis.
