旧厂房改造项目——1986公共艺术中心 摘 要 20世纪90年代后，随着城市结构的不断调整，很多城市的空间构建发生了一系列重大变化。废旧工业厂房区遗存与城市的结构调整面临突出的矛盾。首先，很多老的工厂企业面临关门、停产、转让的局面；其次，以滨州为例，城市的扩张使老的工业厂房建筑夹杂在新建成的城区中，显得格格不入；再次，许多工业厂房建筑因为长时间地被遗弃、空置、而日渐破败，成为城市环境建设的负担。废旧工业厂房的改造再利用，将是解决这一系列矛盾的最佳途径。鉴于此提出了“1986”公共艺术中心的改造方案，对滨州的一处废弃工业厂房区利用景观和室内设计的手法加以改造，力图打造滨州自己的公共艺术中心。 关键词：空间构建；突出矛盾；废旧厂房；改造 The Old Factory Premises Reforms Item-1986 Public Art Centers Abstract After the 90s in 20th century, continuously adjust along with structure in the city, a lot of spaces of cities set up a series of graveness variety of taking place.Discard old industrial factory premises area to loose to save to adjust with the structure of the city to face an outstanding antinomy.First, a lot of old factory business enterprises face to close the door, stop production, the situation of alienation;Take strand state as an example secondly, the city extends to make old industrial factory premises building mix up in the lately- been finished city area and seems to be inharmonious;Again, many industrial factory premises buildings because be deserted for a long time, get empty to place, but gradually dilapidated, become the burden of environment in the city construction.The reformation that discards old industrial factory premises makes uses of again, will be the best path that solves this a series of antinomy.Owing to this reformation project that put forward 1986 public art centers reforming a skill that abandons industrial factory premises area to make use of view and interior design of strand state, the dint diagram creates strand state oneselfs public art center.
