--以工商银行为例
摘要:
“人才”作为企业资源中唯一具有思维的因素,是解决所有问题的根本,所以如何拥有优秀的人才,是提升企业竞争力的关键。我国金融市场放开以后,外资银行、地方商业银行等不同所有制的银行纷纷加入我国银行业的竞争,这打破了我国银行业垄断经营的局面,给市场注入了活力,银行业空前繁荣。与此同时,银行业的竞争也进一步加剧,特别是关于营销人员的争夺格外激烈,如何吸引人才、留住人才已经成为人力资源管理者亟待解决的问题。本文首先介绍研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状,接着概述激励相关概念,详细分析工商银行营销人员激励机制现状,对工商银行营销人员激励机制方案设计,最后提出工商银行营销人员激励机制的对策建议。

Abstract
As the sole factor of thinking in the enterprise resources, talent is the key to solve all problems. So how to have excellent talents is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. After the liberalization of Chinas financial market, foreign banks, local commercial banks and other banks of different ownership have joined the competition of Chinas banking industry. This has broken the monopoly situation of our banking industry, has injected vitality into the market, and the banking industry has been flourishing unprecedentedly. At the same time, the competition in banking industry is further intensified. Especially for marketing personnel, the competition is fierce. How to attract talents and retain talents has become a problem that human resource managers need to solve.
