Abstract
Monte Carlo particle transport simulations are widely employed in fields such as nuclear engineering, radiotherapy and space
science. MCAM (Monte Carlo Automatic Modeling System) is an integrated environment for CAD model preprocessing, accurate
bi-directional conversion between CAD/MCNP models, neutronics property processing and geometry modeling developed by
FDS Team, China. The ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) benchmark model is set by ITER International
Team (IT) to compare the CAD/MCNP programs being developed in the ITER participant teams. The processing procedure of
the benchmark model with MCAM will be presented in this paper, which includes the geometric model processing, neutronics
property processing, converting to MCNP input file, calculating with MCNP and analysis. The neutron wall loading distribution
on the first wall will be given and compared with the one of ITER basic model.
