企业文化建设整改措施 现代企业文化建设中存在的问题及改进措施 摘要：企业文化是企业为解决生存和发展问题而形成的，被组织成员认为有效而共享，并共同遵守的基本信念和认知。近些年来，企业文化建设已成为各种经济组织所推崇的竞争法宝，企业与企业之间的竞争已演变为文化与文化的竞争。本文运用企业文化理论，结合陕西建工集团设备安装工程有限公司实际情况，就企业文化建设提出了探讨。 关键词：企业文化；存在问题；文化建设；改进措施 Abstract: Enterprise culture is to solve problems of survival and development and the formation of the members of the organization, was considered effective and shared, and to abide by the basic beliefs and cognitive. This paper uses the theory of corporate culture, combined with the Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Engineering Company Limited to install equipment actual condition; with respect to company culture construction is discussed.
