As we learn from the development practice of outstanding domestic and overseas enterprises, if a enterprise aims to achieve the sustaining development , its basic point is that it should develop excellent enterprise culture besides the finer management structure, core technique, product marketing etc. Although the embodiment of enterprise culture is intangible, it authentically influences and even decides the efficiency and success of all the other tangible managements all the time.
