内
容设计任务:设计一座分离甲醇、水混合物的连续常压精馏塔
生产能力:100000吨甲醇/年;液料含甲醇40wt%,馏出液含甲醇不少于98 wt %,残夜含甲醇不大于0.05wt%。
操作条件:
(1)泡点进料,回流比需优化。
(2)塔釜加热蒸汽压力:间接0.2MPa(表压),直接0.1MPa(绝压)。
(3)塔顶全凝器冷却水进口温度20℃。
(4)常压操作。年工作日300~320天,每天工作24小时。
(5)设备形式:筛板塔。
(6)安装地点:安庆

设计主要内容:
工艺流程的确定,工艺流程采用计算机仿真设计,塔和塔板的工艺尺寸计算,塔板的流体力学验算及负荷性能图,辅助设备的计算与选型,主体设备的机械设计。

2、主体设备总装图一张(1#图纸),带控制点工艺流程图(3#图纸)一张。指
