第 45 卷 第 11 期 电力系统保护与控制 Vol.45 No.11 2017 年 6 月 1 日 Power System Protection and Control Jun. 1, 2017 OI: 10.7667/PSPC162010 高压输电换流阀晶闸管控制单元电磁兼容测试方法研究 杨兴超,张占营,秦海晶,陈希艳,徐洋涛 (许昌开普检测技术有限公司,河 许昌 461000) 摘要:重点研究了换流阀控制单元 TCU 的实际运行电磁环境,提出了可 导致 TCU 运行失败或异常的几种电磁 骚扰源,并针对换流阀与控制电路之间的电气联系、空间关系论证了骚扰信号注入部位的适用性。提出了有别于 IEC 标准的测试方法,并进一步验证了测试方法的合理性和可行性。通过对实测结果的分析,证实了现场应用中 因电磁骚扰导致晶闸管及换流阀错误控制、换相失败的原因,并进一步论证了所提出的测试方法的合理性。 关键词:晶闸管;换流阀;骚扰源类型;骚扰源强度;触发 EMC testing method research for thyristor control unit of HVC valve YANG Xingchao, ZHANG Zhanying, QIN Haij ing, CHEN Xiyan, XU Yangtao (Xuchang Ketop Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Xuchang 461000, China) Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the actual running environment of HVC valve control unit TCU, some electromagnetic disturbance sources are proposed that may cause running faults and abnormities of TCU, and the applicability of disturbances inj ected positions is verified for the electrical contacts and space relationship between valves and control circuits. Testing methods not same with IEC standards are presented, and more, the compliance and practicability of the methods are verified. Reasons that cause thyristor and valve control mistakes and phase-changed faults in the fact utilization and the rationality of testing methods are confirmed.
