进给箱齿轮轴机械加工工艺规程毕业设计
摘 要
进给箱用来改变进给量,主轴经挂轮箱传入进给箱的运动,通过移动
变速手柄来改变进给箱中滑动齿轮的啮合位置,便可使光杆或丝杆获得不
同的转速。
本文主要是给 “进给箱齿轮轴” 制订机械加工工艺规程。文章分别从
课题的来源及意义,毛坯的制造形式及尺寸,基准的选择,加工阶段的划
分以及工艺路径的拟定,加工余量还有尺寸的设计来进行介绍的。
