管理的一个紧迫课题。通过深入分析物流成本的构成和特点，并结合实际案例，文章旨在为企业提供物流成本管理的优化策略。

Abstract:Inthecontemporaryeraofglobalizationandrapidtechnologicaldevelopment,supplychainmanagementhasbecomeakeylinkin

enterpriseoperation,amongwhichlogisticscostmanagementisparticularlyimportant.Effectivelogisticscostmanagementhasasignificantimpacton

reducingoperatingcosts,improvingenterpriseefficiency,andenhancingmarketcompetitiveness.Withtheintensificationofmarketcompetitionand

theincreasingdiversificationofcustomerdemands,enterprisesarefacingchallengesinoptimizinglogisticsoperations,reducingwaste,andimproving

servicequality.Therefore,examininglogisticscostmanagementfromtheperspectiveofthesupplychain,exploringoptimizationpathsandstrategies,

hasbecomeanurgentissueincurrententerprisemanagement.Throughin-depthanalysisofthecompositionandcharacteristicsoflogisticscosts,

andcombinedwithpracticalcases,thispaperaimstoprovideoptimizationstrategiesforlogisticscostmanagementforenterprises.
