反渗透设备在运用中的要点分析

【摘要】反渗透膜技术近些年在工业上应用比较广泛，但在实际应用过程中，经常会出现反渗透设备超

高压运行、防爆膜频繁破裂、反渗透设备运行周期短、反渗透设备清洗困难等问题。为解决该问题，结合除盐

站运行实际，通过采取设置高压泵高低压保护、阀门开关延时、控制进水水质、选择适合的杀菌剂、设置适宜的

清洗液温度等一系列措施，有效保证了反渗透设备的高效、稳定运行。

【Abstract】Reverseosmosismembranetechnologyhasbeenmorewidelyusedinindus⁃

tryinrecentyears,butintheactualapplicationprocess,thereareoftenproblemssuchas

ultra-high-pressureoperationofreverseosmosisequipment,frequentruptureofexplosion-

proofmembranes,shortoperatingcyclesofreverseosmosisequipment,anddifficultiesin

cleaningreverseosmosisequipment.Tosolvethoseproblems,combinedwiththeactualop⁃

erationofthedesalinationstation,bytakingaseriesofmeasuressuchassettingthehigh

andlowpressureprotectionofhighpressurepump,valveswitchingdelay,incomingwater

qualitycontrol,selectingsuitablebactericidalagent,andsettingtheappropriatetemperature

ofthecleaningsolution,theefficientandstableoperationofthereverseosmosisequipment
