摘 要矿井下排水设备的正常运行对保障矿井正常安全生产起着相当重要的作用。目前,国内大部分矿山排水系统仍旧使用继电器控制的常规手段,人为地进行检查。这种检查和控制的手段因控制线路复杂,可靠性低,工作强度大已不能满足矿业开发的设备运行和要求。本文设计的排水控制系统由PLC与PC监控的组合控制,这样它避免了常规继电器控制方法的短缺和限制,改进了运行的可靠性和稳定性。这种系统具有较长工作寿命和维护方便的特性。依据一些矿井的现实情况,本文首先选择和设计排水设备,然后设计了基于排水控制要求的自动控制系统。本系统采用西门子S7-300系列PLC并具有自动,半自动和手动工作模式可供选择。为了防止长期运行水泵和管道磨损严重及防止备用水泵和管道的电动机和电气设备长期闲置受潮或其他故障没有被发现,本系统设计了水泵及管道的自动轮换工作制。又根据“避峰填谷”的原则和系统抗干扰的能力完善控制系统。总而言之,PLC与PC机组合的自动排水系统的优点是传统继电器控制系统无法媲美的。同时,该系统也改善了现有排水系统存在的不足。因此,它对矿井安全、自动化生产具有相当重要的意义。关键词 排水系统,PLC,自动控制,抗干扰 ABSTRACTThe normal use of drainage under mine well is very important Equipment for ensuring normal Production of mine well. This system adopts S7-300 PLC series produces by SIEMENS and has automatic, semiautomatic and manual working modes to choose. In order to prevent running water pumps and pipelines from wearing too badly and prevent electromotor and electric equipments of standby water pumps and pipelines from being affected with damp or their trouble not being found in time, water pumps and pipelines Of this system are controlled to run in turn automatically.
