并联型电力有源滤波器设计
摘要
随着电力系统中的电力电子装置的大量使用,非线性负荷的迅速增加,电力系统的谐波污染日趋严重,对电网本身以及它所接负载造成了严重的损伤,因此有效的消除电力系统中的谐波电流成了一个亟待解决的问题。
而电力有源滤波器是消除谐波的一种有效手段。电力有源滤波器是一种用于动态抑制谐波、补偿无功的新型电力电子装置,它能对大小和频率都变化的谐波以及变化的无功进行补偿,其应用可克服LC无源滤波器等传统的谐波抑制和无功补偿方法的缺点。本文主要介绍电力有源滤波器中的一种最早的也是最基本的并联型电力有源滤波器。本文主要是根据瞬时无功功率理论,以三相全控桥整流电路为负载来设计单独使用的并联型电力有源滤波器中的主电路、驱动电路、而指令电流运算、电流跟踪控制都由软件实现。其中主电路主要采用电压型、单个变流器工作的方式,指令电流运算采用p、q运算方法,电流跟踪控制采用瞬时比较方式中的滞环控制。
由于谐波和无功电流补偿以及滞环控制的实时性的要求比较高,一般的51单片机很难符合要求,于是采用高速DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A进行控制和计算。
最后基于以上设计对并联型电力有源滤波器进行了MATLAB仿真,仿真结果表明基于瞬时无功功率的并联型电力有源滤波器能够十分有效的检测出谐波电流和无功电流,不受负载大小的干扰。

Abstract
With the power systems extensive use of power electronic devices and the rapid increase of nonlinear loads, power system harmonic pollution is worsening. It caused serious damage to the power grid and the load. Therefore, the effective elimination of harmonic currents in power systems has become a serious problem.
Active power filter is an effective means to eliminate harmonic. Active power filter is a new power electronic device of suppressing dynamic harmonic and compensates reactive power. It can compensate variable reactive power and harmonic which amplitude and frequency are both variable. The application of active power filter can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional harmonic suppression and reactive compensation of LC filter. This paper describes a shunt active power filter which is the earliest and most basic of active power filter. This thesis is mainly based on instantaneous reactive power theory and three-phase full-controlled bridge rectifier circuit to design the main circuit and drive circuit of alone shunt active power filter. Besides the command current computing and current tracking control are realized by the software. Main circuit adopt the way of voltage-type, single mode converter and command current computing circuit use p, q calculation methods and current tracking control circuit adopt the Hysteresis comparator of instantaneous comparison.
