摘要
本课题是对机械压力机传动部分的设计。机械压力机的工作原理是利用曲柄滑块机构,将电机的圆周运动转换成滑块的往复直线运动,从而实现对加工零件的冲压。
对该机械设计时考虑的主要因素是曲柄机构的受力分析和载荷的校核,以及曲轴的发热问题。另外,通过设计飞轮使机械的工作平稳性增强,电机功率得到减小,即满足了设计的要求,又使设计更简单化、合理化。通过二级变速,使电机的高速运动转变为滑块的低速运动,从而使机械的载荷能力大大增强。
根据以上要求设计了机械压力机的传动总图。

Abstract
This topic is the design of the mechanical presses transmission. Mechanical press working principle is to use of the slider—crank mechanism to make the electrical machinery that will be conerted into the circular to reciprocating move, thus realizing the spare parts punching.
The main factors to consider of the mechanical design is the crank analysis and load the check, and the heat problem of crank. In addition, through the mechanical design of the flywheel is to increase the whole stationeriness, and the electrical power to be reduced, that is designed to meet the rationalization, and it is can make the design more simplifier and rationalizer. Through the secondary transimission , the electrical machinery high-speed move , turn into the slider low-speed movement. So that the mechanical load capacity greatly enhanced.
