Abstract:

QualitybyDesign(QbD)isanewqualitymanagementmethodindrugdevelopment,whichhasbeenwidelyusedinthedevelopmentofbiologicaldrugs.However,fornon-biologicalproducts,especiallynon-biologicalcomplexdrugs,theapplicationofQbDisnotclear.InjectionirondrugrawmaterialAisanon-biologicalcomplexdrug.ThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationofQbDinthedevelopmentofinjectionirondrugrawmaterialA.

ThispaperfirstintroducesthebasicsituationofinjectionirondrugrawmaterialA,includingitsphysicalandchemicalproperties,pharmacologicaleffects,qualitystandards,etc.Secondly,thetheoreticalbasisandapplicationmethodofQbDareexplained.Finally,basedonthecharacteristicsofinjectionirondrugrawmaterialA,thedevelopmentprocessandkeystepsofinjectionirondrugrawmaterialAbasedonQbDareproposed.Thedevelopmentprocessincludesdrugdesignandcompositionoptimization,productionprocessdesignandoptimization,formulationstrategyformulationandverification,etc.
