孕期体重监测在高龄妊娠孕妇全程护理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究孕期体重监测在高龄妊娠孕妇全程护理中的应用效果及意义。 方法 选取2015年7月～2016年9月我院收治的62例高龄妊娠孕妇纳为研究对象，依据随机原则分为对照组（n=31）与研究组（n=31），对照组孕期全程护理过程中未监测并且未控制体重，研究组孕期全程护理过程中监测体重，同时予以饮食与运动干预，比较两组体重增长情况、分娩方式、妊娠并发症发生率及胎儿结局。 结果 研究组体重增长超标率3.23%、妊娠并发症发生率6.45%、胎儿不良结局率0.00%，明显低于对照组25.81%、35.48%、12.90%，且经阴道分娩率77.42%，明显高于对照组51.61%（P0.05）。 结论 在高龄妊娠孕妇全过程护理中进行孕期体重监测，依据监测结果给予饮食与运动指导，能有效控制孕妇体重，减小剖宫产率以及妊娠并发症发生率，改善胎儿结局。 　　[关键词] 体重监测；高龄妊娠孕妇；全程护理；应用 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章?号] 2095-0616（2017）10-121-03 　　Application of pregnancy weight monitoring in the whole-course nursing of older pregnant women 　　YANG Liying 　　Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Shenzhen 518028，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects and significance of pregnancy weight monitoring in the whole-course nursing of older pregnant women. Methods A total of 62 older pregnant women admitted to the hospital during July 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in the study.According to the random principle，they were divided into control group （n=31） and study group （n=31）.The control group were not monitored during whole-course nursing and the weight was not controlled while the study group were monitored and given diet and exercise intervention.State of weight gain，delivery mode，the incidence of pregnancy complications and fetal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The over standard rate of weight gain，incidence of pregnancy complications andadverse fetal outcomes were significantly lower in the study group than the control group （3.23%，6.45%，0.00% vs 25.81%，35.48%，12.90%） while the rate of vaginal delivery was significantly higher than the control group （77.42% vs 51.61%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of pregnancy weight monitoring in the whole-course nursing of older pregnant women and diet and exercise guidance given ccording to the monitored results can effectively control the maternal weight，reduce the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of pregnancy complications，and
