For an enterprise regardless of its establishment in initial stage or the later development, it has to possess and retain certain amount of capital and to finance .So, financing plays an important part in enterprise’s financial activities. The competition that enterprises of our country should face come from the domestic and international market fiercer after the accession to the WTO, new financing way , financing environment and financing channel will become more complicated. The listed companies of our country play a leading role in the corporation group of China, so the choice of the financing way of the listed companies have certain influence power to the financing behaviors of enterprises of our country .
