财政局2005年计划生育综合治理工作总结 2005年度计划生育育工作思路和计划生育工作总总体部署，以综合治理管理责责任书为依据，扎扎实实地把把计生综治工作落到实处。圆圆满完成县里下达的计生综治治工作目标任务。 二、对局下设机构构财政所签订计划生育综合治治理责任书，严格按责任书的的内容工作打分，并建立了乡乡镇计生经费投入情况季报制制度。全年进行了两次乡镇计计生经费到位情况的督查工作作，督查前做方案，对各乡镇镇财政所提供的数据，资料真真实性进行了核查，对不按时时报送报表或资料不全的所，，视情节轻重，给予通报，在在责任制中酌情扣分。至8月月底，县本级财政计生经费拨拨入xxx万元，乡财政计生生经费投入xxx万元，确保保了计生事业费投入到位，使使全县的计生工作运转顺利。。 2005年x月份组组织妇女到县妇保站做全面妇妇检，确保妇女的身体健康。。 四、加强流流动人口管理。对局门面租住住户进行了彻底的排查，1000%达到“三证”齐全（即即孕检证、流动人口证、店面面合同书），全部签订了计生生责任合同，并对流入人口建建档建卡、签订合同、办证、、验证和孕检率均达100%%。加强了日常工作，注意发发现新问题，各宿舍区分配了了计生信息员，发现问题及时时处理，对局宿舍的新外来住住户也要求“三证”齐全。特特别是对本年度和上年度的人人口出生做了全面清查。按计计生部门要求及时上报材料和和参加培训，不断增强工作责责任感。 20005年度的计生综治工作中做做了大量的工作，但还是有不不足之处。特别是乡镇的计生生经费把关工作，面临新的工工作要求，我们还有待于做更更多更细的工作；以保证帐目目清楚，经费足额到位；同时时，还要加强对局机关育龄妇妇女的计划生育知识的学习，，加强流动人口的管理，杜绝绝超生、躲生等现象的发生。。计生综治工作是一项长治久久安的耐心工程，我们将在22006年中做到更好。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
