1.RentalProperty:TheLandlordherebyrentsoutthefollowingunittotheTenantforuseasacarrentalservice:[UnitAddress].Theunitincludes[Descriptionofunitfeatures].

2.RentalTerm:Therentaltermbeginson[StartDate]andendson[EndDate].TheTenantagreestoreturntheunitinthesameconditionaswhenitwasrented,normalwearandtearexcepted.

3.RentalFees:TheTenantagreestopayamonthlyrentalfeeof[Amount]fortheunit.Thisfeeisduebythe[DayoftheMonth]ofeachmonth.Failuretopayrentontimewillresultinlatefeesof[Amount]beingcharged.

7.Insurance:TheTenantagreestomaintaininsurancecoveragefortheunitthroughouttherentalterm.TheLandlordshallbenamedasanadditionalinsuredontheTenantsinsurance
