学术道德与学术规范论文 篇一: 科技道德与学术规范论文 科技道德与学术规范 题目: 学 生: 学 号: 院 (系): 科技工作者的道德与规范 摘 要 科技工作者的道德规范是新时期背景下对所有工作在科技前沿上的理论和实践者的行为所提出的一系列行为规范. 而学术道德和学术规范是科学研究工作者应遵循的基本伦理和规范, 是保证学术正常交流、 提高学术水平, 实现学术积累和创新的根本保障. 目前, 科学以迅猛的速度向前发展,远远超出人们预期, 不可否认, 它给我们的生活带来了历史性的巨变, 生活质量得到前所未有的提高, 然而, 华丽的物质享受背后却潜伏着危机, 人们为追逐纯粹的高速发展, 忽视大自然的规律、 忽略了以人为本的前提与核心, 这使得科技领域中充满了铜臭味, 使得科技工作者的道德素质低下,甚至常常做出有悖道德底线的举动. 所有的一切都说明科技工作者的道德行为亟待规范, 对于新的道德规范建设的思考和研究有着理论的意义和现实意义. 关键词: 科技道德, 学术规范, 责任 Science and Technology Workers of Moral andSpecification Abstract Ethics of scientists is, in the context of modern time,working in the frontier science and technology for all thetheory and practice on the behavior of a series of proposedcode of conduct. Currently, the science move toward at arapid pace that far exceeded expectations, it is undeniable, itgives our lives a historic upheaval, an unprecedented qualityof life improved, however, enjoy the gorgeous material butlurking behind the crisis, people purely for the pursuit ofrapid development, ignoring the law of nature, ignores thepremise of people-oriented core, which makes science andtechnology is filled with stench, making the low moralquality of science and technology workers, and often makecontrary to the bottom line of moral. Everything thatscientists should be standardized ethical conduct, code ofethics for the construction of the new thinking and researchhas theoretical and practical significance. Key Words: Ethics of Science amp;Technology,Academic Norms, Responsibility1 科学研究中的道德 1.1 科技工作者的道德责任 科技工作者在科学研究中的道德责任非常重要, 从科研选题, 科研方法的选择、 科研过程乃至成果出现, 每一个环节都存在着科技工作者的道德责任. 科技工作者只有严格把好每一个关口, 保证每一个环节符合伦理道德, 符合人类的整体利益和长远利益. 对于科研课题, 做什么, 到底该不该做,怎样做?当没有预料到的负效应出现时怎么办?这些内容是科技工作者在科研活动中必须面临和考虑的. 即科技工作者有责任去思考、 预测、 评估他们所生产的科学知识的可能的社会后果. 但是, 是不是法律和道德没有规定的, 科技工作者就可以研究而不存在任何责任呢?答案当然不是, 我们现有的道德和法律基本都是针对已有的状况和后果以及出现的问题警醒的约束和限制, 由于科技发展具有跳跃性, 突发性, 后果不可预测性等等特点, 而法律和道德则具有持久性,稳定性, 滞后性, 所以, 这要求从事科研的人员不仅要有聪明的大脑, 更要有高度的责任感, 利用自己的
