精品论文 参考文献 经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果探讨 DOI：10.7504/nk2016010203 中图分类号：692 文献标识码：A 　　摘要：目的：探索经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：选取我院100例腰椎间盘突出症患者，收治时间均集中在2015年1月至2016年1月期间，并对此次研究所有患者进行动态随机化分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例），对照组采用传统开放手术治疗，观察组采用经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗。结果：观察组和对照组两组患者，治疗后的手术总耗时、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院总耗时均存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论：经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者效果显著。 　　关键词：经皮椎间孔镜；腰椎间盘突出症；传统开放手术 　　The effect of percutaneous lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: select our hospital in 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, admitted time are concentrated in January 2015 to 2016 during the month of January, and all patients were dynamically randomized into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) of the researches, the control group were treated with traditional open surgery in the treatment, the observation group adopted after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Results: two groups of patients in the observation group and the control group, the total time of operation, the amount of bleeding during operation, the time of getting out of bed, and the time of hospitalization were different (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of percutaneous lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant. 　　[Key words]: percutaneous lumbar disc herniation; lumbar disc herniation; traditional open surgery 　　腰椎间盘突出症在临床中较为常见，常见的临床症状为腰腿痛，临床上根治的首选治疗为手术治疗 [1]。本文旨在探索经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义，具体的内容可见下文描述。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 基线资料 　　选择100例腰椎间盘突出症患者为此次研究对象，所有患者均在2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治，对100例患者进行动态随机化分组方式，分为观察组（经皮椎间孔镜手术组）和对照组（传统开放手术组），两组患者均为50例。 　　观察组：男性患者和女性患者之间比例为：26:24，年龄30～65岁之间,平均年龄为（48.46plusmn;2.48）岁。 　　对照组：男性患者和女性患者之间比例为：27:23，年龄31～66岁之间，平均年龄为（49.61plusmn;1.65）岁。 　　观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者和对照组腰椎间盘突出症患者各项资料差异不明显（P＞0.05），其可进行相互对比。 　　1.2 方法 　　对照组腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术方式：采用传统开放手术治疗，患者行全麻手术，对患者摆取俯卧位，在患者腰部突出部位行纵行切口，将髂腰筋膜切开，剥离骶脊肌，将关节突和椎板
