精品论文 参考文献 精神心理因素对分娩结局的影响的临床探析 （乐山市五通桥区精神病医院 四川乐山 614801） 　　【摘要】目的：探究精神心理因素对分娩结局的临床影响。方法：对2014年7月到2016年3月间市妇幼保健院的产妇资料进行调查，对其接收的200例产妇进行分析，征得产妇同意后，对其焦虑情况进行评分；焦虑较为严重的产妇分为对照组，焦虑较轻的产妇分为观察组，观察两组分娩结局并进行比较分析。结果：观察组平均出血量、平均住院时间均优于对照组，两组比较差异明显，Plt;0.05，差异具有统计学意义。对照组新生儿并发症发生率为14.5％高于观察组3.0％，结果有显著性差异（Plt;0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：精神心理因素对分娩结局的临床影响较大，产妇的精神心理因素不佳很有可能增大分娩的不良事件，影响自身和胎儿预后，因此我们需要及时进行相应的干预，改善产妇临床情况。 　　【关键词】精神心理因素；分娩结局；临床影响 　　【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）21-0039-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the factors that affect birth outcomes of clinical mental. Methods Investigation on July 2014 to March 2016 the city MCH maternal data, the received 200 cases of pregnant women were analyzed with maternal consent, score of anxiety; maternal anxiety seriously divided into control group, mild anxiety were divided into observation group, two groups were observed and the delivery outcome comparative analysis. Results The average blood loss, the average hospitalization time observation group were better than the control group, significant difference comparing the two groups, P lt; 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Control the incidence of neonatal complications was 14.5% 3.0% higher than in observation group, the results have significant difference (P lt; 0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The factors that affect birth outcomes of clinical mental is larger, the spirit of the maternal poor psychological factors are likely to increase the adverse events of childbirth, affect itself and fetal prognosis, so we need timely and appropriate intervention, improve maternal clinical situations. 　　【Key words】Mental psychological factors; Birth outcomes; Clinical effect 　　产妇在围产期的临床情况可能受到多方面因素的影响，包括自身的身体状况和心理状况等，而目前随着人们生活水平的提高，产妇身体方面的因素产生的不良事件越来越少，心理方面问题导致的不良事件越来越多；因此及时对相关的问题进行分析探究，寻找有效的解决方法就成为我们共同关注的问题，本次我们对2014年7月到2016年3月间市妇幼保健院的产妇资料进行调查分析，总结其精神心理因素对分娩结局的干扰，旨在为临床相关工作提供参考，现将详细情况进行分析，报道如下。 　　1.资料和方法
