摘 要 本课题主要是 本文较为详细地讲述了CAD及其二次开发的发展状况,冲压模具的发展状况及其发展方向,本课题研究的目的、意义和冲压模具标准件参数化绘图的详细过程。 本文对需要进行冲压模具标准件参数化绘图的零件进行结构分析,确定建模所需要的参数,进行实体建模,再对所要建立的程序界面进行整体分析布局,并创建程序界面,绘制应用程序绘制零件的流程图,编写相关的程序代码生成完整程序,最终通过更改程序界面内的标准件的参数,以生成相应尺寸的零件。 本设计是对冲压模具标准件参数化绘图系统的研究,通过改变程序界面中的标准件参数来生成不同尺寸的冲压模具三维零件。这样就省略了麻烦的具体绘图过程,在短时间内得到所需要的零件三维图,显著提高了生产效率,节省劳动时间。 关键词: Abstract In the actual production, at the design of the stamping die standard parts, we need drawing the part of three-dimensional map by the application of Solidworks.This will create complex and tedious process of drawing.This topic is the study of the system of stamping die standard parts parametric design. It aims to carry on the design of the stamping die standard parts parametric by the secondary development of Solidworks.It can eliminate the need for time-consuming process of drawing. This article gives a more detailed about the development of CAD and its secondary development ,the development of the standard parts of stamping die, the purpose and significance of this research and the details process of stamping die standard parts parametric design . This paper will give the structural analysis of standard parts f, determine the parameters needed by the modeling, build models , and makes a required database of standard parameters, create the program interface, write the required program, change the parameters of stamping die standard parts to generate the required parts of different size. This article is the study of the system of stamping die standard parts parametric design. It designs to change the parameters of standard parts of the program interface to generate the 3D standard parts of different size.Ten it omittes trouble drawing process to create three-dimensional diagram of the parts in a short period of time. This significantly improves production efficiency, and saves labor time.
