Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the participating teachers. The results show that the teachers generally support the flexible sitting system and believe that it can improve the quality of education and teaching and the quality of life of teachers. However, in practical applications, teachers generally face problems such as unreasonable sitting time arrangements, lack of communication and communication, and difficulty in controlling workloads.
