中学教师弹性坐班制的现状及态度研究——以沈阳市某高中为例的中期报告
摘要:
本研究旨在调查沈阳市某高中中学教师弹性坐班制的现状及态度。通过问卷调查及访谈的方式收集数据,对参与研究的教师进行分析。结果表明,教师对弹性坐班制普遍持支持态度,认为其有利于提高教育教学质量和教师生活质量。然而,在实际应用中,教师普遍存在坐班时间安排不合理、缺乏交流与沟通、难以控制工作量等问题。本研究提出建议,包括优化坐班制安排、加强管理和支持教师专业发展等方面。

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and attitudes of middle school teachers in a high school in Shenyang towards the flexible sitting system. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the participating teachers. The results show that the teachers generally support the flexible sitting system and believe that it can improve the quality of education and teaching and the quality of life of teachers. However, in practical applications, teachers generally face problems such as unreasonable sitting time arrangements, lack of communication and communication, and difficulty in controlling workloads. Suggestions for improvement include optimizing sitting arrangements, strengthening management, and supporting professional development of teachers.
