( M F) f orm ing cap sules ( M A P P) . When t he mas s r at io of A PP / MF w as 3/ 1, t he so lubility of t he
cap sules in w at er at 50 e w as 0. 052 g/ 100 m L, redu ced 7 8 % co mpared to A PP t he int um escent

deg ree reached 78. 6 cm / g. T he M A PP capsules w ere int roduced into po lypropylene as an int u-
mescent f lame ret ardant. T he t hermal analy sis indicat ed t h at t he degr adation of P P/ M A PP w as
mo re rap idly w it h r educed heat release co mpared to neat A PP . Due t o t he for mat io n o f poro us car-
