社会转型期经济伦理制度化的对策思考.doc

内容摘要 目前，中国正处在激烈的社会转型期。社会转型带来了一系列的观念的冲突和碰撞，作为经济增长背后的巨大的推动力之一的经济伦理首当其冲。因而，对经济伦理的内涵的界定以及在经济伦理研究中引入制度化的视角，并在此基础上探讨经济伦理制度化的必要性和重要性以及可能性，是对经济伦理作为调节经济发展的第三种手段的一种理论上的丰富、延伸和实践上的推动、促进。经济伦理制度化是确保经济行为与社会美德相契合、社会正义与经济效益相统一的重要手段，是改变当前中国经济伦理“失范”状况的迫切要求，是社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求，也是建立社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。由于经济体制的根本变革带来了社会、伦理、文化等方面的巨大变化，如果我们能够按照市场经济发展的客观规律，较好地处理转型期经济伦理制度化建设问题，以改革开放二十多年来的巨大成就为基础，重视发挥传统美德对社会主义市场经济伦理精神的影响，努力构建全社会一致认同和遵行的共同的经济伦理道德规范并以之为标准，注重发挥政府职能，强化和硬化经济伦理规范的实现机制，保障经济伦理制度在市场行为中的贯彻，走出一条经济伦理制度化的建设道路，从理论上说，应该是可能的。经济伦理制度化是保障经济健康、良性发展的一道护身符，也是保证经济、社会和谐发展的重要途径，因此，对经济伦理、经济伦理制度化以及促进经济伦理制度化建设的若干课题的研究，必将形成对经济发展和社会道德进步的双重推动力，为构建和谐社会作出贡献！ 关键词：社会转型期 经济伦理 制度化 研究 Abstract Nowadays,China is during the drastic social conversion period,and various of optional conflits or bumpinesses appear,in which te problem of economic ethics is one of the most prominent as a powerful driving force for the development of economy.So,we need to definite economic ethic and introduce the thought of institutionalization into the certain study,based on which discussing the necessity,imporssibility and importanc of the institutionalization of economic ethics,and it will not only theriotically enrich and extend the role of economic ethicsas the third approch adjusting economic practice but also practically improve and promote the development of econony.The institutionalization of economic ethics is an important demarche to insure the conjunction of economical behavior and social ethics and also the combination of social justice and economical reward.Meanwhile,the current lack of standard of economic ethics in our country requires it urgently,because it is an external requirement by the development of our country’s socialist market economy and by the establishment of a harmony society.The fundermental transformation of economic system in our country has lead to great changes in many aspects,such as society,ethic,culture ect.So if we can dea well with the problem of institutionalzation of economic ethics during the social
