界沟矿瓦斯抽放设计 摘要:矿井瓦斯抽放,是指为了减少和解除矿井瓦斯对煤矿安全生产的威胁,利用机械设备和专用管道造成的负压,将煤层中存在或释放出来的瓦斯抽出来,输送到地面或其它安全地点 的方法。根据预测结果,界沟矿全矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为m3/min,是高瓦斯矿井,回采工作面瓦斯绝对涌出量为1m3/min,掘进面绝对涌出量为3.38m3/min。本设计针对界沟72煤层开采存在的瓦斯涌出量大等问题,结合该矿72煤层透气性系数0.129m2/MPa2·d,钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数0.018d-1等基本参数,得出界沟可以抽放且矿开采时必须建立瓦斯抽放系统。根据前面所得参数确定界沟矿采用本煤层预抽、边采边抽和采空区抽采相结合的综合瓦斯抽放方法,并且对抽放方法的一些工艺方法和参数进行了设计。瓦斯抽放泵选择的型号为2BEY-42型,2BE1-303水环式真空泵,同时确定了泵站的附属设施。在设计的最后提出了一些具体的安全操作要求和说明。 The design of drainage methods and system of jiegou mine Abstract: Mine gas drainage is a method that to reduce and eliminate threats of mine gas for coal mine safety production and mechanical equipment and pipelines are used to make negative pressure so the gas which are in the presence or released are extracted out to delivery to the ground or other secure location. This design for jiegou mine seven2 coal seam is on serious gas gauge problem, combined with the mine coal seam permeability coefficient 0.129Pa2?d, drilling gas flow attenuation coefficient 0.018d-1 and so on basic parameters, to draw the conclusion that jiegou mine can drainage drainage type and it must be the establish an gas drainage system. Front parameters obtained to determine jiegou mine the pre-extracting, While mining sauce and goaf drainage combining gas drainage design and drainage method process methods and parameters. Gas drainage pump are selected as 2BEY-42 and 2BE1-303 type water ring vacuum pumps and ancillary facilities to determine the pumping station. In the final design puts forward requirements and descriptions in some specific security operation.
