 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 49 PLC在管接件磷化生产线上的应用 摘 要:本设计是基于PLC可编程逻辑控制技术的管接件磷化PLC生产线应用技术研究。本文首先对现代可编程控制技术的应用和发展趋势作了简要介绍,然后说明了管接件磷化PLC工艺要求和控制要求,接下来简单概括了管接件磷化PLC生产线的系统总体设计方案和电气系统的整体设计的功能实现,并讲述了电控系统电路设计中电机系统设计,以及PLC控制系统设计。最后,对提高PLC控制系统安全性和可靠性设计、PLC控制系统的故障诊断作了简单探讨。此外,文中对本系统整体的设计思想和一些关键的技术以及所获得的经验都进行了介绍和讨论。本设计中综合运用了可编程控制器(PLC)等现代控制部件,所做的研究和开发工作对同类设备以及一般的工业控制都有参考价值。 关键词:PLC控制系统,生产线,电路设计,梯形图 The Production of Pieces of Pipe-lane Phosphide PLC Control System Design Abstract:The design is piece of pipe Phosphatizing PLC production line application technical studies based on the PLC programmable logic control technology, it is a transformation of traditional relay contactor control technology. This article first briefly introduces the application and developmental trend of modern programmable control technology, and then describes the background and researching purpose of pieces of pipe Phosphatizing PLC production line. And after that it briefly sums up the whole design program, the functional fulfillment of the overall electrical system of pieces of pipe Phosphatizing PLC system, and tells the motor system desigh and PLC control system desigh in circuit design of electronical-control system . Finally, the article discusses the improvement of PLC control system safety, reliability, PLC control system fault diagnosis method and anti-jamming technology. In addition, for the overall design of the system and some critical thinking skills as well as the experiences were presented and discussed. The design comprehensively applies programmable logic controller (PLC) and other components of modern control. The researches and developmental work here have a general reference value.on the samiliar equipments and common industrial control.
