Vinylchlorideisanimportantrawmaterialforthesynthesisofpolyvinylchloride.Itsproductiontechnologyismainlyhydrochlorinationofacetyleneandethyleneoxychlorination.BecauseChinasenergystructureismulti-coal、lessgasandleanoil,UsingacetylenetosynthesizevinylchloridemonomerhasbecomethemainstreamtechnologyinChina.Atpresent,Producingvinylchlorideinthereactionofhydrochlorinationofacetylenestillhighlydependsonmercurycatalyst.Butmercuryishighlytoxicandeasytosublimeloss,whichhasbroughtgreatharmtotheenvironment.So,Thedevelopmentofmercury-freecatalystsstillrequiresconstantefforts.Althoughthestudyaboutmercury-freecatalysthasbeenmanyyears,theresearchonhowtomaintainthehighactivityandstabilityofthecatalystandhowtoprolongtheservicelifeofthecatalystisstillunsatisfactory.Sotheresearchaboutmercury-freecatalysthasa

Ourresearchgrouphasresearchedmercury-freecatalystformanyyears.Itwaspreparedbyimpregnationmethodwhichusingactivatedcarbonasthecarrierandusingtransitionmetalchloridesasactivecomponents.Onthebasisofthis,thispaperuseimpregnationmethodtopreparethemercury-freecatalystbymodifyingthecarrierinadvanceandselectingdifferentmetalchloridesastheactivecomponents.Thenstudyingthechangesofporestructureandsurfacechemicalpropertiesafterthecarrierisbeingmodifiedbynitricacid,citricacidandphosphoricacid.Aswellasstudyingtheeffectofthemodificationtime,themodifiedconcentration,themodifyingagentonthecatalyticactivityofthecatalyst.Atthesametime,wealsoresearchedtheeffectofthetypesandcontentoftheactivecomponentsonthecatalyticactivityofthecatalyst.Themain
