基于“6S”的煤化工企业调度管理研究

摘要：近年来，随着煤制气、煤炼油技术的创新与发展，推动了煤制产品的规模化生产进程。目前，煤化工企业已迈入高

质量发展的新阶段，企业应紧密结合市场不断扩大的生产需求，持续提升调度管理水平，并对现有生产方式作出进一步

优化。基于此背景，文章概述了“6S”管理的基本内容与主要特点，并剖析了其在煤化工企业调度管理中所发挥的作用。

分别从应用原则、系统应用、专项应用三个层面，对“6S”管理的具体应用情况进行了探讨。这不仅能够促进调度管理模

式的更新与升级，还能够显著提升调度管理的效率，起到优化生产方式的积极作用。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,theinnovationanddevelopmentofcoal-to-gasandcoal-to-oiltechnologieshavedriventhelarge-scale

productionofcoal-derivedproducts.Currently,coalchemicalenterpriseshaveenteredanewstageofhigh-qualitydevelopment.

Inthiscontext,enterprisesshouldcloselyintegratewiththeexpandingmarketdemandforproduction,continuouslyimprovetheir

schedulingmanagementlevel,andfurtheroptimizeexistingproductionmethods.Basedonthisbackground,thispaperoutlines

thebasiccontentandmaincharacteristicsof“6S”managementandanalyzesitsroleinschedulingmanagementincoalchemical

enterprises.Thespecif icapplicationsof“6S”managementarediscussedfromthreeaspects:applicationprinciples,systematic

application,andspecializedapplication.Itnotonlypromotestheupdatingandupgradingofschedulingmanagementmodelsbut

alsosignif icantlyimprovestheeff iciencyofschedulingmanagement,playingapositiveroleinoptimizingproductionmethods.
