摘要
本次设计是针对矿物资源工程专业学生理论联系实际的一次实践性设计。王家井田地处阜新煤田西部,开采第四组煤中的四个煤层。本矿井采用立井多水平上下山开采,主井提升、副井运送物资与进风。利用走向长壁采煤法、综合机械化采煤。考虑到本矿井为高瓦斯矿井及特有的地质特征,采用中央边界式通风方式,压入式进风。三机采煤——采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架配套设备。采区巷道为双巷布置,联合运输大巷。设立集中运输大巷,煤由工作面运输到井底煤仓,统一由主井提升至地面。工作制度为两采一准,先采第一层煤,即可打产,依次向下分区开采。井底设置水仓,井下汲水统一导入水仓,集中抽至井上。中央变电所集中供电,分区配电。本矿井年产量为240万吨,服务年限约为85年。

Abstract
This design aims at the mineral resources is a student apply theory to reality practicality design. Wang Jia west the paddies place Fuxin coal field, mines in the fourth group of coal four coal beds. This mine pit uses in the vertical shaft multi- levels to descend a mountain mining, the main well promotion, the vice- well ship the commodity with to enter the wind . Using moves towards the long wall to pick west, synthesis mechanization mining coal. Considered this mine pit for the high gas mine pit and the unique geological characteristic, uses the central boundary type to ventilate the way, presses in the type to enter the wind .Three machines mining coal machine, scraper conveyer, hydraulic pressure support supplementary equipment. Picks the area tunnel for the double lane arrangement, the joint transportation big lane. The establishment centralism transports the big lane, the coal transports from the working surface to the bottom of the well , unifies promotes by the host well to the ground. The work routine is two picks one, first mines the first coal, then hits produces, in turn to under district mining. The bottom of the well establishment , the mine shaft draws water the unification to induct , the centralism pulls out to the well in. Central transformer substation centralism power supply, district power distribution. This mine pit annual output is 2.4 million tons, the service life approximately 85 years .
