科技型中小企业信贷支持问题研究——以江苏农行科技银行建设为例的中期报告 摘要： 科技型中小企业是国家发展战略的关键支柱，在技术创新、产品研发、市场开拓等方面发挥着重要作用。然而，由于其创新意识强烈、风险大等特点，存在较高的融资难度和融资成本，这成为制约科技型中小企业发展的一大瓶颈因素。因此，如何有效地支持科技型中小企业的发展，成为了银行业的一大挑战和风险把控的核心问题之一。针对这一问题，本报告以江苏农行科技银行建设为例，对科技型中小企业信贷支持问题进行研究。 本研究分析了科技型中小企业融资难的原因，提出了应对策略。在此基础上，对江苏农行科技银行的定位、机制和发展规划进行了探讨，分析了其在科技型中小企业信贷支持方面的优势和不足之处。最后，本研究提出了一系列建议，以提高江苏农行科技银行在科技型中小企业信贷支持方面的综合竞争力和风险把控能力。 关键词：科技型中小企业；融资难；江苏农行科技银行；信贷支持 Abstract： Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a key pillar of the national development strategy, playing an important role in technology innovation, product research and development, market expansion and other aspects. However, due to their strong innovation awareness and high risks, there are higher financing difficulties and financing costs, which have become a bottleneck factor restricting the development of technology-based SMEs. Therefore, how to effectively support the development of technology-based SMEs has become a major challenge for the banking industry and is a core issue in risk control. In response to this issue, this report takes the construction of the Agricultural Bank of Jiangsu Science and Technology Bank as an example to study the problem of credit support for technology-based SMEs. This study analyzes the reasons for the financing difficulties of technology-based SMEs and proposes strategies to address them. Based on this, this report discusses the positioning, mechanism, and development planning of the Agricultural Bank of Jiangsu Science and Technology Bank, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in credit support for technology-based SMEs. Finally, this study puts forward a series of suggestions to improve the comprehensive competitiveness and risk control ability of the Agricultural Bank of Jiangsu Science and Technology Bank in the credit support of technology-based SMEs.
