淀粉系载磷保水剂的制备及应用研究的中期报告 中期报告 摘要: 本次研究主要以淀粉为原料,通过改性反应制备载磷保水剂,并探索其在农业生产中的应用。实验采用响应面法进行优化设计,选择溶液浓度、反应时间和pH值作为变量,考察其对产物吸水率的影响。结果表明,各因素之间存在明显的相互作用,最佳工艺条件为淀粉溶液浓度5%,反应时间6小时,pH值9.0。制备出来的载磷保水剂在土壤中有良好的保水效果,能够明显提高玉米和小麦的产量和品质。因此,淀粉系载磷保水剂具有良好的应用前景。 关键词:淀粉;载磷保水剂;响应面法;优化设计;农业生产 Abstract: In this study, starch was used as the raw material to prepare phosphorus-containing water-retaining agents by modification reaction and explore their application in agricultural production. The response surface method was used for optimization design, and the solution concentration, reaction time, and pH value were selected as variables to investigate their effects on the water absorption rate of the product. The results showed that there were obvious interactions between the factors, and the optimal process conditions were starch solution concentration of 5%, reaction time of 6 hours, and pH value of 9.0. The prepared phosphorus-containing water-retaining agent had a good water retention effect in the soil and could significantly increase the yield and quality of corn and wheat. Therefore, starch-based phosphorus-containing water-retaining agents have good application prospects.
