Based on the previous analysis methods and slope failure mechanism, a convenient approach, slope centrifugal method, is presented to calculate the safety factor of slope stability in the current work. In detail, the horizontal acceleration is applied on a slope and the value of the acceleration increases until that the slope failure happens.
