沈阳理工大学应用技术学院毕业论文 沈阳中山皇冠假日酒店客房设计建议 学 生： 学 号： 专 业：酒店管理 班 级： 指导教师： 沈阳理工大学应用技术学院经济与管理学院 二〇一三年五月摘要 沈阳作为东北的核心城市正在逐步由工业产业向第三产业发展，目前已成为东北休闲娱乐购物的重点城市。2013年的第十二届全国运动会正是在沈阳举办，这是向全中国展示沈阳的大好机会，这也对沈阳酒店业的发展起到了不可小觑的推动作用。如今沈阳的酒店业发展迅猛，新兴了许多类型的酒店，这些酒店装饰新颖风格独特对老酒店的生存有着致命的威胁。 沈阳中山皇冠假日酒店有着13年之久的历史，尽管其品牌与地位在沈阳仍然处于领先地位，但传统的客房类型与陈旧老套的客房陈列品已然不能满足顾客对现代时尚感的追求。因此，为了提高酒店的竞争力本文针对于酒店目前的状况提出一些设计建议。 关键词：酒店；客房；规划设计 Abstract Shenyang as the core city in Northeast China is gradually by the industry to the tertiary industry development, has become the focus of city northeast recreational shopping.
