照顾者协同护理模式在喉癌患者术后康复中的价值

[摘要]目的探討照顾者协同护理模式在喉癌患者术后康复中的价值。方法采用便利抽样法，选取2018年5月～2019年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的70例喉癌患者为研究对象。按照住院时间进行分组，以2018年5月～2019年2月住院的喉癌手术患者为对照组，2019年3月～2019年12月住院喉癌患者设为观察组，每组各35例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施接受照顾者协同护理模式的健康教育方法。干预前及干预后3个月评估两组患者的焦虑抑郁、社会支持和生活质量水平，并进行效果评价。结果干预前，两组SAS、SDS、社会支持、生活质量评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）;干预后3个月，观察组SAS评分为（46.82±5.83）分、SDS评分为（52.53±2.98）分，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组社会支持得分为（44.32±3.59）分，生活质量得分为（108.43±17.74）分，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethevalueofcaregivercooperativenursingmodelinpostoperativerehabilitationofpatientswithlaryngealcarcinoma.MethodsAtotalof70patientswithlaryngealcarcinomawhoweretreatedinotorhinolaryngologyheadandnecksurgeryinourhospitalfromMay2018toDecember2019wereselectedbytheconvenientsampling.Accordingtothehospitalizationtime，thepatientswithlaryngealcarcinomahospitalizedfromMay2018toFebruary2019weretakenasthecontrolgroup（n=35），andthehospitalizedpatientswithlaryngealcarcinomafromMarch2019toDecember2019weresetupastheobservationgroup（n=35）.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing，andthepatientsintheobservationgroupweregivencaregivercooperativenursingmodel.Theanxietyanddepression，socialsupportandqualityoflifeofthetwogroupswereevaluatedbeforeand3monthsafterintervention，andtheeffectwasevaluated.ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinSAS，SDS，socialsupportandqualityoflifebetweenthetwogroupsbeforeintervention（P0.05）.After3monthsofintervention，theSASscoreandSDSscoreintheobservationgroupwere（[46.82±5.83]points）and（[52.53±2.98]points），respectively，whichweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup，andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（P
